Class Description

Basic Hatha is a yoga class that's perfect for beginners. It's a series of sequences that combine breaths and movements from one yoga pose to another. The class starts with 3-5 minutes of breathing techniques, stretching, and warm-up exercises, followed by a stronger sequence working towards peak pose(s). The class trains you to work with your breath to build strength and flexibility at your own pace.
