Class Description

Fly Yoga, popularly known as aerial yoga, is a hybrid of traditional yoga, pilates, dance, and acrobatics. Using a hammock to suspend you in the air, Fly High yoga assists in flexibility, allowing students to perform poses that may be harder on the mat. This class is great for those who would like to improve their flexibility and try a new twist in yoga. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. IMPORTANT NOTICE : We do provide yoga mats and hammocks to use. However, to ensure hygienic practices, all participants of Fly Yoga are highly recommended to bring their yoga mat and Nadi Tenang hammock (if you have one!)
