Details of Senang Flow:
Senang Flow is suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners.
Consist of series of sequence that combines breaths & movements of one yoga pose to another. Class will starts with a 3 to 5 minutes of breathing technique, stretching and warm up then followed by stronger sequence working toward peak pose(s).
The class will train us to work with one own breaths to building strengths and flexibility at own self body & time.
